All of Us or None- Northern NJ

Building a Movement-Not Just Another Non-Profit

AoUoN is a national grassroots, civil and human rights organization fighting for the rights of formerly- and currently- incarcerated people and our families throughout NJ. We fight against the many forms of felon disenfranchisement and collateral consequences that people face every day because of arrest or conviction.

A Distinct Identity

All of Us or None-Northern NJ provides DIRECT SERVICES and resources to those reentering our communities from prisons, jails, and halfway houses. We understand that those without community support, within the first 3-6 months of release, are more likely to recidivate. We are that community! We know that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by but most importantly through the direct actions of our grass-roots initiatives. In 2019, our organization realized that by working together we could overcome the challenges of mass incarceration much more efficiently. Volunteers from multiple disciplines, collectively wanting change, ultimately decided to launch All of Us or None- Northern NJ.

What We Do

Community Outreach Support

Pre-Release Outreach

Letter Writing Initiative

At All of Us or  None- Northern NJ, we are dedicated to minimizing barriers.  Our Letter Writing Initiative reaches out to men and women currently inside correctional facilities throughout NJ to identify their needs upon release. We understand that reentry starts prior to release and through relationships formed early,

Supporting our Comrades by Supporting their Families

Recognizing the enormity of the challenges faced by families separated during the holidays, All of Us or None- Northern NJ is dedicated to making sure we bridge the gap. On behalf of those currently confined within jails and prisons in NJ, we deliver gifts to their families. While our efforts are driven by our organization’s singular focus, we spread a wide net by investing in a variety of progressive strategies towards strengthening family ties.
